HANDS-ON,
ONE-ON-ONE CARE

At FRONT RUNNER CHIROPRACTIC, we use various treatments and therapies to help our patients. We understand the importance of meeting their needs. Our Doctor is experienced in Dry Needling, Active Release Techniques, kinesiotaping, Graston Techniques, and Webster Technique.

EPAT® (Extracorporeal Pulse Activation Technology), also called Shock Wave, is a non-invasive treatment that speeds up healing of injured tissues. It uses special pressure waves to boost blood flow and stimulate the body's natural healing process. It can relieve pain and improve mobility for muscle, tendon, and soft tissue injuries. Shock wave therapy has a high success rate of 82% in speeding up healing.

EMTT is a recent technology that sends strong magnetic pulses to specific body parts. These magnetic waves sync with the body's own magnetic fields, creating a disturbance that stimulates healing. EMTT waves can reach deep tissues up to 18 cm beneath the skin to target hard-to-reach tendons, muscles, bones, and nerves.

CORRECTIVE EXERCISES

At FRONT RUNNER CHIROPRACTIC, we perform a simple test to discover what's causing your injuries. This allows us to create personalized exercises that reduce pain and fix any problems.

We work to improve the way you move, so you can get back to doing the things you love

We use proven, high-quality treatments that make us stand out.

Dr. Ringwelski is a licensed Chiropractor who specializes in sports injuries. She has been certified in Active Release Techniques since 2012 and has worked with various sports teams from TEAM USA. She has also completed rotations at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO. Being a runner herself, Dr. Ringwelski understands the frustration of dealing with injuries. She believes in addressing the root cause of pain rather than just treating the symptoms, which led her to become a Chiropractor.
